[Penguicon-Concom] March conccom meeting

Okay, this is on. Sorry for the delay :)

As a side note for all of you that are in charge of a function room at the
hotel. I need layouts for every room that include:

* Where you want tables (and skirted or unskirted)
* Where you want chairs
* Where anything else is going to be (stages, etc)
* Any special power needs you have
* Any changes that will be happening to this layout that require hotel
involvement

Note: This includes bed removals for function guest rooms.

Rooms this includes:
Grand Ballrooms A, B, C
Assembly area (if needed)
Northfields A, B, C
Maples A, B  (C is done, thank you Angie)
Birch
Promenade East & West
Board Room
Anime Suite
