[Penguicon-Concom] Schedule book, Nonschedule book, split deadlines

Just a notification to alert you that the February 15 deadline for
content to the non-schedule book has passed. A big thank you to Guest
of Honor Vernor Vinge for including a short story!

Here are the things we do not have, and will probably leave out:
conchair report
restaurant guide
menu of hotel concession stand, if they are going to have one
