[Penguicon-Concom] small changing of the guard

Hello, everyone!

For those of you who know me, Hey!  I'm back.  (:

For those of you who've come on board while I've been on hiatus, I'm Tracy
Worcester, one of the co-founders of PenguiCon, and head of programming from
year two.  While I'm very sorry that Sarah has has a vicious attack of life
of the biophysical kind, I'm pretty geeked about coordinating the final bits
of the work that she and her team of people have done so far.

I've looked at the spreadsheet, and the idea pool looks *nifty*.  We'll be
sending out a flurry of panelist invitation and confirmation emails over the
next few weeks.  If you've volunteered to help run something and don't see
one, let me know.  I'm hoping we won't lose any information with the
transition from Sarah to me, but mistakes can happen.  If you think you're
not on my radar, email me, and I'll see about getting things back on track.

I apologize for the fact that I'll be late to the concom meeting tomorrow.
Since I didn't know I was a department head until the middle of this week, I
had Saturday schedule conflicts I couldn't resolve.  But I'm hoping to be at
Aaron's from about 3-5 p.m., if anyone needs to check in with me.
