[Penguicon-Concom] small changing of the guard

As you saw on the general board, I'm still having migraine issues and have
yet to find a medical diagnosis or any medication to break it out of me.
Unfortunately, this week it has started visibly affecting my work and that
means it can not be very long before it begins to visibly affect my function
of attempting to wrangle programming for Penguicon.

Tonight I sat down to talk to Tracy about her taking over the front running
of programming and she has graciously agreed.

I am aiming to attach myself to Tracy's hip for the remainder of 6.0 and
potentially through 7.0 as I do spend the entire day sitting in front of a
computer and she doesn't have that option.  We will both be at the
meeting(s) on Saturday and by then I will have matched up everything between
the spreadsheet and database and will be brining printouts with me.
