[Penguicon-Concom] No Silicon Mechanics

I finally managed to get through by phone to the guy from Silicon
Mechanics who had so enthusiastically approached me last year to bring
a 10' x 20' booth. I asked if he had received my emails from the past
two and a half months. In bored tones, he said they decided they had
no budget to do anything with us this year. I said we'd talk again in
a few months about working with us for 2009, and left it at that.
