[Penguicon-Concom] [penguicon-general] Reminder: Concom meeting at Aaron's house, Feb 23

Odd that there should be a spot on there for a head of programming change
when there's been no decision from me on that yet.  I made it through this
weekend without going down from anything and I think I could just make it
now.
