[Penguicon-Concom] Reminder: Concom meeting at Aaron's house, Feb 23

Here's a reminder that the February convention committee meeting will
be this weekend, Saturday February 23 at Aaron Thul's house.
Socializing at noon, meeting at 1PM. Aaron's house is in Clawson, 229
N Bywood Ave, Clawson, MI 48017. When you're going down 14 Mile Road,
North Bywood is the third street west of Main and the third street
east of Crooks. Turn north on N Bywood. When you pass the first
street, Aaron's house is second on the left.

This month we're doing a little pre-meeting exercise to shorten the
meeting and help make sure we get the most important things on the
agenda. If you plan to be there, and if you haven't already done so,
please imagine you are at Aaron's house, surrounded by the concom.
Think about what you're doing for Penguicon this year. What would you
want to talk about? Please send that to me and we'll get it on the
agenda.

We'll try to limit the meeting to the things on the agenda, and have a
brief time for additional business based on the raise of a hand. If
you don't put your business on the agenda, there won't be as much time
to discuss it. Before or after the meeting you can still seek out
those whom your business concerns, and talk to them one-on-one. We
would like to encourage that for faster and more relevant meetings.

After the Concom meeting, Lady Sarah wants to have a programming
meeting. Aaron needs us to be out by 6PM, but if either of the
meetings go long, we'll move at 6PM to my flat in Hazel Park. Neither
of these locations have cats or dogs.
