[Penguicon-Concom] RQoTD

So I had this brilliant idea to schedule the "Tom and Frank Pre-Show" as a
half-hour warm-up into the opening ceremonies.  Partly because I wanted
another Frank and Tom show and partly because it'll get people into the
room.  Does this help anyone with their planning??  :)
