And she will just be selling books, so no real paraphernalia other than a couple chairs will be needed.

We decided last year that since most only want 1 table if they wanted inside the room there was a charge.  If they want to put their stuff at a hall table those are free.  And they tell me now that I can have 6 or 7 tables for that.  (And yes they can sell things at their table.)  Again, if they want to store things in the dealer room at night, thatâ€™s no problem.

  Ah, for some reason I thought that GOHs and Niftys got a break on tables since they are essentially a place to sell their books and autograph.  For some reason that's why I was thinking it was tables outside the dealer room for autographing purposes.  This is me being the confused noob.

    Dear Prospective Dealers for Penguicon 2008,

                We have only a limited number of  tables for the Dealer Room.  I will be jurying the room to try to get a good mix of vendors.  Please send me the following info for consideration.  (Electricity is available to all tables.)

    How many tables do you need (max of 2).

    I need to know what you intent to sell (be as specific as possible.)

    I need to know what type of setup you need (tables, racks, a tall display).

    How many badges will you need.

    A brief description of why you should be chosen as a dealer.  

    There may be a few tables available outside the dealer room for folks that have items that are easily packed up each day.  I hope to have the particulars on that soon.  

    I need your responses by January 31.  I will have the selections made by February 15th and let you know by then.   I will then give you instructions on where to send checks for the tables.  

    Table Rates 1st table$60 1 membership is included with 1st table Additional memberships$35

    Okay, I didn't remember that.  Inside will be just fine, since the security situation is better.

      Cat Valente wants table space.  I assume that we are talking about hallway space like Rob had last year - no charge, but no security?
