[Penguicon-Concom] Frets on Fire!!!!!!!!!

We couldn't raise the funds for the custom dedicated Stepmania/Frets
On Fire machine and the associated dance pads. And also, if we did, I
don't think the person who talked about making it would ever follow
through.

However, a basic computer could run it if we could arrange for the dance pads.
