[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon

[Matt Arnold]

The concom meeting is scheduled for Saturday, February 23. We still
don't have a location for the concom meeting. But we are going to have
a concom meeting at a home without cats, to give our allergic concom
members a chance to attend.
