[Penguicon-Concom] Draft of the Program Book

On second thought, I'll just send it to the list,
since there's no time to get an answer.  The March of
Dimes thing isn't on my list because I still don't
know what room it's in.

BTW, what're we gonna do with that suite on the 2nd
floor now?
