[Penguicon-Concom] Draft of the Program Book

In that case I will make a special attempt to check my email shortly before
8a and 3p to make sure I've caught everything that's come at me.  Please
note, I'm not at home and won't be before 8a; if I miss that check I'll
apologize now.

And thanks for putting up with all the changes I've sent you so far.  :)
