[Penguicon-Concom] Draft of the Program Book

There are two panel name changes that should have made it in that apparently
didn't.

The panel "ur-books of SF" (page 15, first item) should actually be named
"The Perfect SF Book - Audience Participation".

The panel "ur-books of Fantasy"  (page 16, third item) should actually be
named "The Perfect Fantasy Novel - Audience Participation".
