[Penguicon-Concom] Souvenir book - Complete

I'm being a jerk about this, I know, but I mean -everything- (as of the
first send out of the book--haven't looked over the new stuff in this one
yet) except the adverts. I emailed a bunch to the list and then sent out
further suggestions later.

Molly,
The entire book consists of material that could be called front
matter. Can you be more specific and point out the edits you want
made?

Steve,
That's right. Past years kept carrying on the SFOHA blurb even after
SFOHA was no longer involved. Its ghost remains in the table of
contents.
