One last look at the first volume for this year's program book.

If everyone, or rather most or even just the most important people agree
on it I'll move ahead and repaginate for the printer and forward that on
to Matt.

On quick note, the font on the cover is supposed to be a script font. If
it appears as anything else on your machine, can you let me know so that I
can fix it permanently? Thanks.
