[Penguicon-Concom] This Weekend's meetings

Greetings Folks,

            I am unable to attend Saturday's meeting.  To that end I had a
few things to tell and questions.

 

Jess, I am sending a batch of checks out to you in the morning.  Please cash
them as soon as possible.

 

Jer, Dealer Room (Maple C) still not listed as available until 3 p.m. on
Friday, right?  (I want to let folks know when to start showing up to
setup.)  I am planning to be there about 2 to see if I can facilitate
things.  Also wanted to confirm a roll a way bed for Maple C, and 5 tables
in the hallway.  If there is a problem or change in any of this, please let
me know.  If there have been any changes to the Dealer Food runs, please let
me know that too. 

 

Morgan Kollin, please contact me at amberfox2000 at comcast.net ASAP about your
table.

 

Kimba, can I get some sort of a receipt from you for the $20 I gave you for
my membership?  Need it for tax purposes.
