[Penguicon-Concom] Rides

I was intending on making little signs for people, or asking our Sign
Mistress to do so.

Just to be safe.

Man, what we really need is a sign that says "PENGUICON" and is laminated so
we can use a dry erase marker to write name(s) on it.
