[Penguicon-Concom] Too late for CD duplication

Those are big at my school and make convenient book marks. The problem is
that they kind of suck as far as swag goes unless there's a really great
picture on it (say someone in the Tux costume and a chick in a
Buffy/ST:TOS/elf/etc costume playing, I don't know, battleship or dancing or
posing like they're having their picture take or something. Sorry, I now
have a "Wish you were here" post card image in my head.) If we ever have a
nice, big budget for this stuff, I'd like to see us consider ID badge reels
(or keys or whatever you put on them) or mechanical pencils/pens. I'm a big
fan of useable swag--especially for stuff like lanyards and reels that I
wouldn't want to actually buy on my own.
FY,
Molly

So I have a new idea that I was just talking to Matt about post OLF.
We need to a small Penguicon card that we have had printed up that is
not dated. I am thinking a cool logo on one side then quotes from
people about Penguicon on the other. I think we could get them made
up cheep and have something always ready to hand out at events. We
could order enough to last a couple years. I am thinking something
the size of a Restaurant Postcard. More thoughts about this to come.
