[Penguicon-Concom] Randy Milholland will NOT be at P'Con 6.0

I regret to say that Randy & Rinny won't be able to make it back to
Penguicon in 2008.  They really wanted to because they had a blast this
year, but Randy already committed to another con for the same weekend.
They're hoping to come back in the future and will stay in touch with me.
