It seems to me that spontaneously-recruited strangers should probably
not be made responsible for money. And it seems like if we know
someone well enough to trust them to be accountable for our money,
they're more than a Gopher. Until we recruit a known, trusted Staff
person who has committed in advance to be responsible for it, I'm not
sure how it could work.
