That has been resolved. They were forced to change process, and as a result,
shirts printed on dark material were not up to par. Derek, of MystPrint is
completely aware of this, and sent me an email expressing his apologies in
the best conceivable form... cash. From his email:

"The ink problem we had last year was a complete tragedy, so to let
guests know how truly sorry we are, at Penguicon 6.0 all of our t-shirts
will be half off!"

I will be personally checking on some samples of the shirts as soon as
possible.

We opted not to cash the check and instead, take on his entire remaining
stock of 5.0 T-Shirts at cost.

I think it would be a mistake to no invite MystPrint back this year. I know
that a number of folks are still very excited about potential custom shirts
and have been planning what they might purchase this year.

That being said, I think that it is important to understand that MystPrint
is a print-on-demand service. It might be advisable to invite another vendor
as well to provide pre-printed and/or licensed apparel.

Just some thoughts and some fact updates. :)
