Shay,

Since we haven't yet confirmed whether anyone is willing to run an
auction, there currently is no auction. This does not mean there is a
plan to not have an auction, it means there is not yet a plan for an
auction, which is very different. So there has been no need to decide
who the beneficiary will be in the event that we do have one.
