[Penguicon-Concom] I know it's early, but I'm already thinking about this...

Just as an FYI to all, we are not a 'qualified non-profit organization'.
That would require several things, not the least of which is quarterly
audited financial statements.   The march of dimes is, and that works out
fine, but Penguicon should be kept out of it, on the legal side.
