Actually, under Section 5d(4) a qualified non-profit organization does not
need a license if the organization is selling the tickets at a single
gathering, no pre-sale of tickets before the gathering is allowed, and the
total retail value of the prizes is under $100. Last year I didn't need a
license. Depending on what is donated this year, I probably won't need a
license either. I am aware of the requirement and am keeping an eye on it.
