[Penguicon-Concom] I know it's early, but I'm already thinking about this...

Hate to be a killjoy, but don't you have to have a special license to 
hold a raffle? (state law) I think my church has to when they have their 
festival. Granted we did it last year without, but there is no need to 
expose Penguicon to any liabilities. Especially considering there is 
plenty of time from now till Penguicon. Perhaps March of Dimes could 
help you out?
