[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon room party at Youmacon

Patricia,
Yes, we are planning to have a Cafe Penguicon at ConClave in October.  
Sorry for the delay.  Gerald only just got the Penguicon credit card 
today.  He should be making reservations in the next couple of days.  We 
wanted to do it sooner, but I am currently unemployed and can't put it 
on my card at this time.  We will likely be booking two adjoining rooms, 
unless a suite is available, and then it depends on the configuration. 

Please let us know if there is anything special we need to do when we 
book the room and what configurations are available, if you know.
