[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon room party at Youmacon

Hey Morgan... does Youma have an extra room set aside that Penguicon can
have?  If yes, the hotel should be able to transfer that over to Penguicon
so they can put it on the Penguicon Credit Card.

And Matt... Youmacon tends to sell out of rooms early.  Something to keep in
mind for next year.  Hopefully Morgan will be able to spare a room so you
guys can have Cafe Penguicon.
