[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon room party at Youmacon

Well #@%. I've spoken to Gerald about this, and unless someone
reserved a room without telling us, we've missed the year's best
marketing opportunity. We've all been drastically underemployed and
couldn't just reserve the room and get reimbursed. We needed the
Penguicon credit card. It didn't arrive in the mail to Gerald until
today.
