[Penguicon-Concom] Availability in November

A lot more people have given their availability since then. We're all
heavily booked this month. The conflicts between the schedules are
intractable, particularly when it comes to the conchair and potential
meeting hosts. I recommend your plan that we have a concom meeting in
December!

In the meantime I'll figure out how to fit SMOS dinners into this month.
