[Penguicon-Concom] Availability in November

Here's how I see it.  I'll be leaving on November 15th for a convention, so
I'm not going to be available that particular Thursday.  What might work is
to hold off on the next general meeting until December, say the 1st or the
8th, and have any small meetings that might be needed on weekdays prior to
that time.
