Well, I think the idea was to have something separate they signed not on the
back of their badges so people would not have to write their real names
anywhere on their badge, as some people expressed an unwillingness to do so.

We have a form that's on the back of our badges.  If you're in no rush,
those that are attending Youmacon in two weeks can take a look at what we
have and see if it works for you.
