[Penguicon-Concom] New conchair email address, re-send your recent mails

Hey everybody, the Conchair Gerald Gentry says the
conchair at penguicon.org account has buried his
Gerald.P.Gentry at gmail.com account in spam. Unfortunately, some of your
issues and suggestions seem to have been lost in all of that,
recently.
