[Penguicon-Concom] Mind dump looking for feadback

Personally, I think this is a great plan. Gmail's interface is easy to
use... Google Apps for Domains is pretty feature-full, and this would allow
us to set up calendars and everything else for the key members of concom to
help when setting up meetings and such.  Most importantly, it's a
high-availability solution that we have a significant amount of control
over.
