[Penguicon-Concom] Past GoHs and Nifties

Technically, no one is offered Niftyhood for life, but some people
know when they're dearly loved, let's put it that way. You're correct
that it's "GoH once, badge for life", whether or not they want to be
on programming. Nifties, by contrast, are assets to the convention,
for their names to go on marketing materials, and to put on
programming.
