[Penguicon-Concom] Past GoHs and Nifties

Well, right now I'm on to keep track of GoHs and Nifties, but, for musical
guests or special attendees (who want it let out they will be there) or
anyone else who ought to be written up in the "Celebrity" section of the new
website, I -am- collecting blurbs and info for the 6.0 website.
