[Penguicon-Concom] Ad swap for ConVersation 2007 Program Book - need artwork

This is addressed to your Con Chairs as well as whomever is handling your respective program books for your next cons.

Hi folks, John Matthews aka DJ_Brick here.  You guys have been kind enough to give ConVersation an ad in your most recent program books and we want to, as we agreed, comply with our end of the bargain.  Sooo, I'd like to get your ad copy for our program book.  Our book size is planned to be equivalent to a legal sheet of paper (well, more than just one sheet ;-) folded in half, i.e. 8-1/2" tall by 7" wide.  You'll each get one full page for your ad as you provided us in your book.  I'd like to have your ad copy by mid-June at the latest so we have time to do things properly.  
Also, I hope to see all our cons (Fusion, Clave & Penguicon) throw a room party and/or come and take pre-regs for your cons at ConVersation 2007.  I know Cafe Penguicon will be there for sure, we'd love to see Clave and Fusion there too!  And any other area cons that would like to be there are most welcome.  If you know of or are involved in any, please pass the word.  I know that all suites have been taken for that weekend, but there should be some adjoining rooms available.

When reserving rooms be sure to mention ConVersation 2007.  The room rate is $89 a night.  If you do end up throwing a party at ConVersation, please drop me a line so I know.  The hotel allows no signage around the hotel :-(  so all your signage will have to be posted within the consuite.
