[Penguicon-Concom] Threaded Conversation

I don't want to step on anyone's toes here, so I thought I'd ask
first... but can we throw a thread on the web somewhere (possibly on
the LJ blog?) for "Programming Ideas"?  I think it'd be helpful... we
might even want to consider doing a "What can we improve" list.  I
think it would be a nice place to consolidate ideas, prevent
repetition, and might be more conducive to conversation than the email
list for this sort of thing.

What thinks you?
