[Penguicon-Concom] Re: GoH Handout Ribbons

Well, this is the first year that we're doing something like this, and
we need to be cognizant of the cost.  50 "do what ever you want"
ribbons.  Sounds reasonable.  If the GoH thinks they want more, then
they can order more, at the $0.43 per ribbon cost.
