[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon Ribbons.

Ricks is right - lots of other events use Vendor/Dealer ribbons, so most 
ribbon vendors offer that as one of their list of free titles that don't 
require set up charges.  Our ribbon vendor may not have such a list, and 
in the context of the overall ribbon order, the $2 per title isn't a 
really big deal anyway.
