[Penguicon-Concom] Panel schedule?

This is, sadly, one of the challenges of the programming head:  trying to
find out who has specialties in what.  I remember occasionally tearing my
hair at being told, by Yet Another Person, "I'll be happy to help, put me on
anything you think I could help with."  Sadly, the collective memory of
panelist expertise usually does *not* transmit from year to year.
