[Penguicon-Concom] Hotel Rooms ala Ron's Nifty Trick

Reserved means reserved to attendees.  Based on the numbers, we're
about half full (Hotel capacity is 187 rooms)  We are reserving two
suites and 12 rooms for con usage.  (Two rooms are in leiu of a suite
for Green room).
