[Penguicon-Concom] Hotel Update

After thinking about this a bit, I decided to throw my two cents in. The time won't matter to me - if you're interested. BUT, we have already advertised a date. I think we should stick with that. Changing dates now would make up seem flaky and unsure and unprofessional. Dates should not be changed unless for a specific reason such as the hotel burning down  (IE something beyond our control) - but this is just my two cents worth.  Take it or leave my two cents as you see fit, and thanks for listening.
