[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon Ribbons

[Elizabeth "Shay" VanZwoll]

So does that mean that we are not doing GoH ribbons this year?  Since I
already emailed Randy about GoH ribbons, I'll pay for his out of pocket if I
have to.
