[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon Ribbons

Does the con pay for ribbons for the nifties also, for just for the GoHs.

I volunteer to check with The Ferrett to see if he wants any ribbons... I've
been emailing him about stuff anyway.  Unless someone else has already
contacted him.
