[Penguicon-Concom] January Concom meeting

Yeah, I think having it at a slightly better time for Garrett and Molly to
arrive would probably best.  Is there anyone who *can't* handle a 5:00
meeting?  Overlapping the board meeting or having people get up at obscenely
early hours probably isn't a good idea, so 5:00 is probably best.  Anyone
with items for the meeting agenda should send them directly to me so I can
compile a list.
