[Penguicon-Concom] [Penguicon ConCom] Nifties

The flirting panel is full at the moment... we have 5 people on it which is
pretty much the max for an interactive panel such as that.

Don't know anything about PHP, so I haven't tapped him, and I have no idea
who would be doing that.
