[Penguicon-Concom] Clarification on the GoH dinner

Yup, Sarah had it just about right.

The GoH Dinner is at Lashish on Rochester Rd, between Big Beaver and
Wattles, on the east side of the road, just north of the National
Coney Island.

Time is 7pm, and folks who want to car pool should gather in the lobby
at 6:30pm.  The restaurant is about 10 minutes and 3 Miles away.
