[Penguicon-Concom] Clarification on the GoH dinner

I don't think there's been a time posted yet.  However if nothing has
changed the reservation is for 7a and I believe there was talk of  gathering
in the hotel lobby about 6:30p to organize carpools and make the 10 minute
drive over there.  I'm sure John will be in here with corrections if I'm
wrong.
