If there are no rooms available, literally zero, then it matters not. But
you're welcome to do whatever you like.

Yes. But not in the way you expect. And no, I'm not going to go explaining
myself to you. John has been copied on all the emails with the hotel, and
he stands behind everything I've done. Of course we cannot get that in
writing.

They are scrambling. Which is why I want to help. I'm not suggesting we go
out of our way, but there are things we can do that don't hurt us in any
way, and help alleviate the number of overbookings.
